ABOUT US

Marlene and Thomas are the visionaries behind the winery – the minds shaping ideas. But our winery is built on more than that: the hands of our entire team, and the heart that beats in all of us for the love of craftsmanship, nature and honest exchange. Ongoing dialogue with people is the driving force that inspires us. Together, we create a vibrant farm life - with deep respect for the uniqueness of every individual.

Team

In addition to Thomas and Marlene Niedermayr, our team consists of Thomas' parents, Maria and Rudi Niedermayr, as well as Davide Pazzi and Luisa Slotwinsky.

OUR TEAM

THOMAS

Leads the winery with a clear vision. He coordinates production, defines strategic direction, and represents Niedermayr on national and international markets.

MARLENE

Marlene supports Thomas in all aspects. She takes care of the family, manages administration, and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the farm with heart and dedication.

RUDI

Rudi is active in the vineyards and agriculture. His deep knowledge and the work often done behind the scenes make him a reliable cornerstone of the winery.

MARIA

Maria brings harmony to the entire farm. She tends the vegetable garden, cares for the family and animals, and keeps the spirit of farm alive.

LUISA

As an oenologist, Luisa is indispensable. She manages exports and marketing and supports Thomas across the winery – always present and fully committed.

DAVIDE

Thomas’s essential partner on the Italian market. As an oenologist, he’s involved in all areas – from vineyard to cellar, and at tastings and trade fairs.

OUR FARM

At the Gandberg farm, three generations live and work in rhythm with one another. Runner ducks, chickens, and rabbits roam freely, while insects find shelter in lovingly created hideaways, and bees diligently go about their work.

Our farm is more than a workplace – it’s a place where team members become family and guests are warmly welcomed into our home. Here, daily encounters, genuine connection, and authentic experiences shape our way of life. Every day on the Gandberg farm brings new stories – stories that touch the heart and make the spirit of our values come alive.
