Freedom, soul, and time exist in harmony – the essence of life: Freedom gives us space to shape time, soul is the inner foundation that gives this shape its character, and time is the space in which we learn to understand what has come into being.
The natural rhythms and annual cycles continue to shape our wines even after harvest. Whether it’s Freedom, Soul, or Time – all our wines mature in the cellar (at least 2 years) until they can fully reveal themselves and their character.

Our cellar is exactly what it’s meant to be: functional, reduced to the essentials – a place where wine can develop in peace. Located directly beneath the vines, up to seven meters deep and embedded in the earth, our wines are left to mature.
Stone and clay layers surround the walls made of waterproof concrete. No extra coatings, no plastic lining – the cellar is in direct contact with the soil. It breathes naturally, ventilates without technology, and light reaches only where it’s truly needed.
Processing room, barrel cellar, and bottle storage are arranged to follow the climate, not just logistics. Short distances, clear structure. Here, wine is given the time and space to become what it’s meant to be.

Aromatic, spicy, and vibrant. A cuvée of Solaris and Muscaris that unites fragrance and structure. Delicate floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, lychee, and a salty freshness define this wine – full-bodied and persistent, yet never heavy.
Our story in a bottle. This wine reflects Rudi’s vision of cultivating biodiversity in the vineyards. Today, we reap the fruits of that work – shaped by the Gandberg that defines our terroir. Complex, vibrant, full of character.
