In the farm restaurant run by Gloria and Georg - Thomas' brother and his older brother's wife - culinary delights meet their origins.

Here they cook what the environment has to offer: seasonal, regional, conscious. The ingredients come from our own farm or from people we have been working with for years. What we put on the plate is handcrafted - honest, pared down, shaped by the landscape in which we live.

The cuisine follows the philosophy of the farm: Sustainability, respect for the product, time for good food. It's all about the interplay between people, nature and cuisine - a genuine encounter at the table.
